To promote a safe and positive learning atmosphere, Al Yasat puts forth the school dress code formulating standards regarding general grooming and hygiene, extreme hairstyles or clothing, accessories and jewellery, body piercing and painting, footwear and modesty. Students need to follow the dress code strictly.

Uniform Guidelines
- Sandals/flip-flops/beach shoes are not allowed except in swimming. Trainers and football boots are not allowed except for the appropriate
P. E/games lessons. Shoes with skates are not allowed. - Jewelry is not to be worn in school with the exception of a named watch and small stud earrings, if a student has pierced ears in line with the school’s EHS policy. If stud earrings are worn, they must be removed for all P. E/games and physical activities or covered with sticking plasters provided by parents. School will not be responsible for loss of any items.
- Hair that is long enough to be tied up should be well done with a blue or white bobble. Any headbands that may be used shall be blue or white only.
