Our Curriculum
Our educational framework draws on the American curriculum enriched with international standards and characteristics. Through consistent alignment, modification and enhancement, we tailor our program to fulfill both the vision of our school and the educational requirements of the UAE. A full Al Yasat Private School education is split into four stages: Kindergarten, Elementary, Middle and High School.
We follow the US Common Core curriculum for English and Math, Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS) for Science and the Virginia Curriculum for all other subjects. This is complemented with full provision for lessons in Arabic Language, Islamic Studies (for our Muslim students) and UAE Social Studies to meet the requirements of the UAE Ministry of Education.
