Re-Enrollment is for the existing students of Al Yasat Private School. For new admissions, please fill the 'Apply Online' form.

As we are getting closer to the commencement of a new academic year, it is requested to secure the seat for your child/children by submitting the form below. Once you submit the details, the Admissions Representative will send you the details of registration fees and further proceedings.

To ensure your child reserves a seat in the next grade level for the upcoming academic year, it is mandatory that you comply with the following steps.

Please note the deadline to secure your seat for next academic year is May 1st 2025. Please ensure you have completed the re-enrolment process by this date to secure your seat for next academic year.

  • My child(ren) and I understand the adherence to Al Yasat Private School’s policies and procedures that is required for continued enrollment in the school.
  • Re-registration is on a first come first serve basis and is completed only on the submission of the payment of registration fees.
  • I certify my child(ren)'s account balance is in good standing and without any balance.
  • In order to re-register, current year school fees need to be realized for the student.
  • Parent who would like to have invoice for 2025-26, can be collected upon receipt of registration, as a process to reimburse from your employer for the school fee
  • Re-registration fees not sufficient to be placed on the new academic year class list.
  • First term starts on August 25,2025, will be due on the date and needs to be paid before entering into the class.
  • First Term Fee payment modes.(Post Dated cheques for Term 1 is not acceptable)

                 d. Bank Transfer

  • Company invoices need to be collected from accounts specifying the details well in advance to manage the schedule of payment.

 

Re-registration Deposit:

AED 1000 for Re-Registration will be applied to the tuition fees for the first term of the next school academic year.

If your Child needs the School Bus Transport, AED 500 for Bus Service Deposit will guarantee your child's seat on the bus for the next school academic year.

Re-registration deposit will be adjusted with the first term fees of the next academic year.
Non-payment of Fees 

1. Failure to pay re-registration fee may result in loss of the student’s place in the school for next academic year.   

2. Failure to pay tuition fees after sending 3 warning notices (to the contact address provided by the parent) may result in suspension of a student up to three days, withholding examination report cards, transfer certificates (or block a transfer on eSIS) and/or re-registering a student until all outstanding dues are settled. 

 

Refund Policy   

1. The Registration/Re-registration fee is neither refundable nor transferable to any other child or academic year after 30th June.  

2. If a student attends from one week and up to three weeks in a term, the school will retain the value of one full month of tuition fees. 

3. If a student attends over three weeks and up to six weeks in a term, the school will retain the value of two full months of tuition fees. 

4. If a student attends over six weeks in a term, the school will retain the full-term fee.
