Cognia Accreditation

Al Yasat Private School has obtained international academic accreditation from Cognia, the leading organization committed to continuous improvement.

Accreditation is a means for schools to further improve student learning and school performance based on an analysis of strengths and weaknesses. The Common Core State Standards are adopted to ensure a rigorous curriculum with ongoing assessment of student achievement and progress.

This is complemented by providing lessons that meet the requirements of the UAE Ministry of Education in the following subjects: Arabic Language, Islamic Studies (for Muslim students) and Social Studies/Civil Education.

Accreditation indicates that Al Yasat School has passed a rigorous examination by an external educational body to ensure that the school meets standards and is qualified to teach students the American curriculum programs it offers.
