Manual Arts - Carpentry

This non-elective course is formulated for students interested in learning about the skills required to design, plan, and work on projects related to woodworking.  The students will learn how to work with a variety of tools found in the carpentry trade. Students will learn how to plan, select and use materials, including tools to produce a finished product.  Emphasis will be on safety and quality of workmanship.
